A $100 deposit is required to secure all bookings. This is unconditional and must be paid within 12 hours of making your appointment, unless a prior arrangement has been made with Rosario.
The deposit is applied to your fee when you pay for your visit. It is fully refundable if a cancellation is received no later than 48 hours prior to the appointment—no questions, just a full refund.
No-shows and last-minute cancellations greatly disadvantage the business and prevent other clients from booking those time slots.
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We kindly request 48 hours' notice so that we can offer the time slot to another client.
When cancelling a booking with 48 hours or more notice, you can decide if your deposit is held for your next booking or refunded.
However, if you do not provide us with 48 hours' notice or fail to turn up for your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. Instead, it will be held as a credit for 12 months from the date of the missed appointment. If you do not show up and do not contact me at all, your deposit will be forfeited. This new policy is effective as of the 25th June 2024. The massage booking is transferable, so you may get someone to replace you (e.g., a friend) if you can't make it and miss the opportunity to cancel in time.
Messages received on a Sunday, public holiday, or late in the evening of the day prior to your appointment are not considered sufficient notice, as we will not have enough time to book another client.
We understand that there are circumstances that may require you to cancel your booking. However, if notification of cancellation is given less than 48 hours prior to your booking, the deposit will be non-refundable, and full payment will be required as a deposit for any further rescheduled appointment. Should the rescheduled appointment also be cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the massage, the total amount charged will be for a two-hour tantric massage, which is non-refundable.

Once you have booked your appointment and transferred your deposit to this account and sent a copy of the transaction, you will receive an email/sms confirming your booking prior to your appointment.
Please Note:
- Clients are required to pay in cash on the day they receive their treatment. Other forms of payment are not accepted.
- If a partner wants to observe their significant other during the massage session, they will need to pay an additional fee, referred to as the student fee.
- Clients should arrive on time for their appointments to ensure they receive the full duration of their scheduled treatment and avoid any potential disappointment.
- If a client arrives late for their appointment, the massage may still end at the originally scheduled time, resulting in a shorter session.
- If I am running late, the session will be extended to ensure the client receives the full duration of their treatment.
